Abstract

Purpose: This research aims to identify the influence of work motivation, job training, and career development on employee performance.

Methods: This research uses quantitative methods. Its method is a survey obtained from the collection results using a questionnaire. The population in this study was employees of PT HAA, and the sample was 100 respondents. The analysis tool used is SmartPLS 3 with a PLS (Partial Least Square) based SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) technique.

Findings: This study indicates that work motivation does not significantly affect employee performance. Conversely, job training has a significant positive impact on performance enhancement. However, career development does not show a meaningful influence. These findings emphasize the importance of effective training programs to boost productivity

Pratical implications: Organizations should prioritize job training programs, as they significantly improve employee performance. While work motivation and career development have limited effects, quality training is crucial for enhancing productivity and equipping employees with the skills needed for success.
