About the Journal

Jurnal Manajemen STEI aims to publish scholarly research that evaluates, expands, or advances management theory, thereby improving management development, practice, and research.

Jurnal Manajemen STEI specifically aims to publish articles addressing significant and intriguing questions in management literature. It focuses on developing or testing theories, building upon previous research, investigating compelling phenomena, and reviewing and synthesizing existing studies. The journal welcomes all empirical methods, including but not limited to qualitative, quantitative, field, laboratory, meta-analytic, and mixed-method approaches.

The journal covers various topics, including business strategy and competence-based management development, corporate governance and global management, entrepreneurship, new management technologies, organizational theory, and leadership skills development.

Starting from 2025, this journal is published online to increase accessibility and reduce environmental impact.
