Purpose: This research aims to determine the influence of work motivation, job satisfaction, and compensation on employee work discipline. A quantitative method is employed, involving the distribution of questionnaires for sampling.
Methods: The study utilizes a quantitative approach, with data analysis conducted using SPSS version 29 software. The sampling technique is saturated sampling, and the data used is primary. Data collection was carried out using Google Forms and processed in Microsoft Excel. The analysis methods include validity testing, reliability testing, the coefficient of determination, t-tests, and F-tests.
Findings: The research findings indicate that work motivation positively influences employee work discipline, suggesting that motivated employees are more likely to demonstrate better disciplinary behavior. In contrast, job satisfaction does not appear to impact employee work discipline, indicating that merely satisfaction does not guarantee consistent discipline. However, compensation has been shown to positively affect work discipline, underscoring the importance of fair remuneration. Additionally, this study reveals that work motivation, job satisfaction, and compensation collectively influence employee work discipline. Therefore, organizations must consider all these factors when developing their management strategies.
