Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  • All authors of the manuscript have read and agreed to its content and are accountable for all aspects of the accuracy and integrity of the manuscript in accordance with ICMJE criteria
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in Microsoft Word based on the template provided.
  • All manuscripts must use a citation manager (i.e., Zotero, Mendeley) and use APA Style.

1. Before you submit

  • Make sure you are submitting to the most suitable journal - Aims and scope
  • Understand the costs and funding options - Article Publication Charge (APC)
  • Understand the copyright agreement - Copyright
  • All authors of the manuscript have read and agreed to its content and are accountable for all aspects of the accuracy and integrity of the manuscript in accordance with ICMJE criteria

2. Ready to submit

  • General formatting rules for all article types - Prepare your manuscript template
  • Copyright and license agreement - Agree to conditions
  • Read and agree to our Editorial Policies - Editorial Policies

3. Submission Process

  • Initial Assessment. Before submitting your manuscript to OJS, please submit your article using the following link for initial assessment. or  You can contact Hendryadi (0812 1345 9893) to register an account.
  • The journal administrator will confirm if your article meets the submission requirements. The username and password will be emailed to each corresponding author.

  • Copyright on any open access article in a journal published by STIE Indonesia Jakarta is retained by the author(s).
  • Authors grant STIE Indonesia Jakarta a license to publish the article and identify itself as the original publisher.
  • Authors also grant any third party the right to use the article freely within the licence terms as long as its integrity is maintained and its original authors, citation details and publisher are identified.
